A Specialized Partner for the Next Chapter of Your Business
We pursue investments in bridge maintenance and repair businesses, respecting owners’ legacies and supporting growth.

We pursue investments in bridge maintenance and repair businesses, respecting owners’ legacies and supporting growth.
LMM Industrial Partners seeks to acquire and support founder- and family-owned businesses that maintain, repair, inspect, protect, and rehabilitate highway bridges.
We believe the nation’s aging bridge network creates a long-term need for specialized contractors with strong technical capabilities, experienced employees, established agency relationships, and a reputation for safe, dependable execution.
Every owner’s circumstances are different. Our approach begins with understanding the owner’s objectives for the business, employees, and personal transition. We then seek to develop a transaction structure and post-closing plan aligned with those priorities.
We do not believe every owner transition should follow the same formula. The appropriate structure depends on the owner’s desired role, time horizon, financial objectives, and management succession plan.
